You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. To start a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return, and we will provide instructions and an address for the item to be sent back to.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
