Shipping policy
We ship every order from warehouses inside the United States. We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Delivery time
Standard delivery normally takes 4–7 business days after your order is processed. Express shipping is prioritized for faster handling and delivery. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.
Shipping rates
- Free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more
- Standard shipping: $8 on orders under $75
- Express shipping: $15
Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer, and we can't redirect a package once it has shipped. If you notice a mistake, email us right away and we'll do our best to correct it before shipment.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days, or it shows delivered but you can't find your package, email us at charlotte.shop@charlottepaws.us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
